An item in this week's news is suggesting that we need to start remodelling our kitchens and bathrooms now, if we want to have them ready for when the family descends on us during the festive season. It argues that if we wait for too long, all the decent tradespeople will be tied up with the type of emergency work that crops up when the weather gets cold.
It makes perfect sense, doesn't it? And I know that although Christmas seems far away right now, it will be upon us all too soon. I also know how difficult it is to find a decent tradesperson that isn't already booked up until around Christmas-time, so if you have work you want done, I suggest you start looking to hire someone soon...
