The winners of the Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association's Excellence Awards were presented last week at the 2015 Networking Dinner at The Welcombe Hotel, Stratford on Avon.

The Customer Service Award for 2015 was won by retailer member Denmore Kitchens and Bathroom Studio of Aberdeen, member for 21 years, while the runner-up was Diane Berry of Diane Berry Kitchens - a member for six years.

Ruth Ward, KBSA sales & marketing director , said: "This award is based purely on customer feedback which I believe is the only true method of judging whether customer performance is genuine, as this type of award must have substance to be meaningful.

"Congratulations to both Denmore Kitchen and Bathroom Studio & Diane Berry Kitchens.
