New MGS Black Steel 3-hole basin mixer available from Grange Design

* MB282-Black-Handwheel.jpgGo against the grain with the new MGS Black Steel 3-hole basin mixer exclusively available from specialist distributor Grange Design! Grange believes that the new MB282 in matt black steel is a bathroom design first, being the only black tap collection to be designed and made from stainless steel.

Presenting a curvaceous design that will enhance any luxury bathroom; the new MB282 is a low set deck-mounted design.

Featuring a distinct arc spout with hidden aerator complete with 90 degree rotation, it offers a deep projection of 180mm and is supplied with high flow rate three-quarter inch valves which are independently controlled by precision cut, machined knurled handles, making the MB282 both beautiful and practical at the same time.

Epitomising high design and performance, it is easy to use even with wet hands and is offered in a matt or gloss black steel finish.

Grange says that the newly refined industrial black steel finish is provided via a vapour deposition process (PVD) in which the colour penetrates the metal by molecular bonding rather than simply covering it. This results in a smooth, durable, matt black finish that is consistent throughout every component of the tap design.

As well as being environmentally-friendly, a key benefit of PVD technology is improved resilience: it strengthens the surface of the material up to between three and five times, offering a harder and more corrosion resistant finish than normal electroplating processes and a better impact strength and excellent abrasion resistance.
