Reed Harris treats guests to a night on the tiles to celebrate Chelsea showroom launch

British tile specialist Reed Harris has celebrated the opening of its stunning new showroom in Chelsea with a VIP party, which saw retail customers, architects, interior designers, suppliers, the press and bloggers turn out in force to enjoy a night on the tiles.

As well as receiving personal tours of the new showroom, which displays a beautiful selection of tiles, wallpaper and paint across two floors, guests enjoyed an evening of canapes, prosecco and cocktail-making with a professional mixologist, and the chance to enter a competition to win a memorable gin tour for two.

Guests were also treated to a talk on the latest interior design trends from Daniel Hopwood, British Institute of Interior Design president and judge on BBC Two's The Great Interior Design Challenge, which has just returned to TV screens for its third series.

Perfectly placed at 586 King's Road in the heart of Chelsea Design Quarter, London's interior design hub, the new, beautifully designed showroom houses a wide selection of tiles from around the world, alongside floor and wall coverings for every room in the home. The season's latest tonal shades of tiles are grouped together with wallpaper and paint to create super-stylish, design-led mood boards to inspire visitors, while Reed Harris' expert team are on hand to offer advice on the latest trends.
