Smeg UK welcomes Matt Balm as southern sales manager

In his new role as Southern sales manager with Smeg UK, Matt Balm will use his vast experience to develop both new and existing business, whilst overseeing the Southern regional sales operation within the retail channel of the business. He will also be responsible for Smeg UK's ongoing relationship with the CIH/Euronics buying group.

Matt joins Smeg from Britannia Range Cooking and previously worked for De Dietrich and Liebherr, where he held a number of area manager positions.

"Matt brings with him a wealth of industry and independent channel experience, which will be a real asset to the team," says Paul Barker, retail channel director.

"We have exciting growth plans in place with a number of exciting new products coming to the market and Matt will play a key part in driving their sales."
