Utopia launches new-look brochure

* Utopia-MAIN-PIC.jpgUtopia Bathrooms' latest brochure has a brand new format designed to inspire and assist end-consumers planning and selecting a new bathroom.

The 196-page brochure guides the consumer on their journey from initial browsing, through to a step-by-step guide and checklist to their dream bathroom. At the same time, it reinforces and promotes the specialist knowledge and experience that the independent retailer offers.

For ease of reference the brochure is subdivided into fitted, modular and freestanding furniture with clear explanations of the features and benefits of each type.

Inspirational roomset photography presented in a style designed to emulate the layout and feel of interiors magazines and Pinterest takes the consumer through the ranges available. Style tips, 'Get the Look' and most popular finishes are all new features and at the end of each range there is a concise overview to simplify the selection process.

* Utopia-interior-spread.jpgTo present information in a quick and readily assimilated way, Utopia has introduced easily recognisable icons through the brochure denoting key features such as space-saving solution, new product and more.

Sanitaryware, brassware and mirrors are then presented in distinct categories, Contemporary, Classic and Traditional, along with simple explanations of industry terms such as semi-recessed and back-to-wall with which the consumer may not be familiar.

The next section details baths, bath panels and the new improved shower screens and this is followed by tiles which are split into categories such as brick, Bohemian and vintage.

Worktops are featured towards the back of the brochure as Utopia's research indicates that worktop is one of the last items to be selected. Solid surface is explained in detail not only to demonstrate its impressive appearance and versatility but also to highlight the detailed handcrafting that goes into producing this product.

* Utopia-Planning.jpgBeth Boulton, Utopia's marketing director, comments: "We are all really excited by our new-look brochure and our customers love it.

"The vast choice available in terms of our ranges and finishes can often be very daunting for consumers so we have simplified the selection process which in turn also helps our showroom customers to sell our products successfully.

"With our lifestyle imagery, the Visualise planning facility on our website and our offer of free samples of all finishes, together with imaginative showroom displays throughout the UK, we feel the consumer can plan their Utopia bathroom with complete confidence."
