Abode wins designer award for Pronteau
Abode tells us it is delighted to have won yet another Gold Design Award at the annual Designer Kitchen & Bathroom Awards 2016 ceremony.
This year the Award was for Abode's creatively designed Pronteau 4 in 1 hot water kitchen tap, which the company launched earlier this year. The Award entry was in the 'Innovation in Functionality' category.
The Gold Award is the highest classification received by manufacturers for products in the 'Product Innovation' arena. Products achieving the Gold standard have been judged to be real innovators within their particular product category.
"We wanted to design something completely different and importantly, safe to use in the domestic kitchen or small office space," explains Helen Clark, Abode's marketing manager.
"We feel that our 4 in 1 Pronteau hot water tap has achieved just this.
"To dispense steaming hot water, the unique Hotkey fob design should be held within proximity of the tap front and once removed, the water stops instantly and the tap reverts to being a child-friendly, 3-way tap offering filtered water."
Pronteau offers five beautifully proportioned, highly creative kitchen mixer taps with slimline spouts, creating a stunning architectural addition to any kitchen, modern or traditional. The taps are available in chrome and brushed nickel to complement other kitchen appliances.
