Merlyn's southern area sales manager, Gary Hildrow, has just celebrated 10 years' service with the company.

Gary joined Merlyn, from Novellini, back in 2006, after resolving that Merlyn was an organisation of which he wanted to be part.

"Merlyn is dynamic, forward thinking, always evolving and driving forward with new innovative products and ideas," he says. "The company has invested heavily in its people and infrastructure and developed into a major player; a brand that is recognised and in demand; I know that in this industry, there is none better."

The natural question to ask Gary is of course, where he will be in 10 years' time? "I would love to still be providing experience and contributing to the Merlyn success story," he says. "We have some big plans for further growth and I want to be a part of that."

Merlyn's UK sales director, Dean Stokes, comments: "Gary has continually developed during his 10 years at Merlyn, consistently achieving his goals and facing and overcoming many challenges.
