Combined Independents (Holdings) appoints new buyer
Electrical buying group Combined Independents (Holdings), part of Euronics - Europe's largest electrical buying group - has announced the appointment of a new member of the buying team, Paul Holt, who joins as a buyer.
Paul joins CIH with first-class knowledge and experience in the white and brown goods industry. He brings a wealth of capability gained through both the independent and multiple retail sales sectors, having held significant positions with Phillips, Glen Dimplex, Intertec Research and Testing, and Kenwood to name just a few.
Paul says of his new appointment: "I am delighted to be joining the CIH buying team and am looking forward to the challenges and the superb opportunities. I hope to bring an improved range of products to the business, to generate and create greater affordability, enabling members to compete effectively.
"Our future plans are significant and I shall be seeking to build the support for members, while increasing their dominance in the market place, engaging all generations."
