Whirlpool's Pro-Fit system eases appliances installation and cuts costs
Things don't always go smoothly when installing kitchen appliances. Different dwellings and appliances present different problems and invariably a vital part of the jigsaw is missing.
Whirlpool's Pro.Fit system makes fitting appliances logical, easy and quick, saving time and money and ensuring appliances are safely installed for years to come. The innovative system has been applied to a wide selection of Whirlpool built-in appliances, including ovens, microwaves, coffee machines, dishwashers, built-in fridge freezers and side-by-side products.
Using Pro.Fit Support, which ensures the perfect alignment of integrated furniture doors, selected Whirlpool under-counter fridges and freezers can be installed up to 50% faster than previously. Whirlpool ovens have Pro.Fit lateral handles to make installation easier and the mini built-in microwaves can be secured safely with just two screws. 
The benefits of using the Pro.Fit system are illustrated perfectly when installing Whirlpool dishwashers. All Whirlpool dishwashers come with a unique Pro.Fit Cut Out that allows various utility pipes to run behind them, without the need for any re-routing.
To make fitting a cabinet door to the dishwasher simple there is a Pro.Fit Door Fix template, which eliminates the need to take measurements and ensures all the doors in the kitchen align perfectly. All the installer has to do is place the technical drawing on the door and drill the holes for the screws and clips where shown for an exact fit.
Whirlpool has also come up with a clever solution for taller worktops, Pro.Fit XL Feet. The adjustable feet give an extra 30 mm of height, which means the dishwasher can be installed under a 900 mm high worktop. Once in place, the height of the dishwasher can be adjusted easily using the Pro.Fit Back Foot. This is reached from the front of the dishwasher, making height adjustment simple and quick.

Today's appliances are all about speed and convenience so it shouldn't take an age to fit them!"
