Sleep success for Bushboard

Sleep, the exciting hotel design event during November, has been an enormous success for Bushboard Nuance bathroom wall panelling. The company, which is aiming to change outdated perceptions about bathroom wall panelling, demonstrated the product on the stand with a live water feature alongside a seamless wetroom display.

Paul Findley, product manager for Bushboard Nuance says: "When people come into direct contact with the product - see it free floating in a tank of water - it makes it very clear that this is a robust, reliable, 100% waterproof product. The look is seamless as it has no edging strips or extrusions, and the decors look and feel just like the real thing."

The company's Nuance range of bathroom wall panelling products is proving popular with designers, specialising in multi-occupant development and refurbishments.

"We have a project underway in France where fitters are finishing three bathrooms in the time it would take to tile just one. The response to Nuance at Sleep was really strong, it's wonderful to see the enthusiasm in people's eyes when they see what it can do."

Nuance panels are manufactured using a patented core that is 100% impervious to water. The panels can be used for walls, around the bath or basin, inside a shower enclosure or to create a true wet room. Because there is no need for trims or extrusions, Nuance panels present a sleek, seam free look that is especially effective in smaller bathrooms. The panelling is easy to clean too - no grout lines to attract grime, limescale and mould. All that is needed is a wipe down with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

The Nuance range is supported by a full-colour brochure that shows the range of patterns and finishes available and has detailed plans on how to create different looks including hotel style, a family bathroom and a wet room. The panels come with a 15-year guarantee and matching laminate worktops are available to complete the look.
