Bowled over - new basins join Frame collection

* VitrA-black.jpgMatt colours are an on-trend feature in the new Frame basin range from VitrA. Designed to co-ordinate with VitrA Frame furniture, the basins include countertop, inset and vanity basin designs and are available in black, matt black, white, matt white and taupe, depending on the model selected.

The round basin is available as either a countertop or an inset. The 40.5cm countertop design is striking with gently sloped sides and a fashionable narrow rim. It has a smart ceramic waste cover and comes in white, matt white, black, and matt black. The inset version is 39cm in the same colours.

* VitrA-round-white.jpgThe oval inset basin is 56cm in size and is also available in white, matt white, black, and matt black (shown here). Other shapes include striking and organic TV (inset 57cm), square (inset 59cm), along with a countertop bowl (40.5cm).

The Frame vanity basins feature an integral worktop and come in 60, 80 and 100cm sizes. Colours are white and matt taupe.

* VitrA-matt-white.jpg"Matt finishes have been popular in mainland Europe for many years," says marketing manager Margaret Talbot, "but are newer to the UK. The finish is soft and very tactile, particularly on the taupe and black options, and the basins' slim rim saves space on the countertop.

"The basins can be teamed with elegant contemporary furniture from the Frame range to create a distinctive and original look."
