Hoover bolsters cooking portfolio with Vogue Premium Collection
Hoover has announced the launch of its second high-end cooking collection; Vogue Premium. Building on the success of the Vogue range launched in 2017, the company has now created a family of appliances that combine the latest professional technology with a minimalistic, modern style.
Designed to perfectly match one another, the appliances can be banked vertically or horizontally to create a high-end aesthetic in the kitchen. The Collection been developed for consumers who have a keen eye for style and want to cook restaurant-quality food in their own home.
With perfectly-aligned doors, panels and control interfaces, the range of sleek black glass and stainless-steel appliances comprises standard and compact ovens, a sous vide system, coffee machine, warming drawer, vacuum sealer drawer and blast chiller/shock freezer.
The HBC450SV blast chiller/shock freezer has a 40-litre capacity and can perform blast chilling at -3 degrees and shock freezing at -18 degrees.
The HVSD14SV vacuum sealer drawer has three power levels and a 7-litre capacity. The control interface sits within the push/pull opening system, providing a flush aesthetic with an uninterrupted finish. Vacuum sealing allows users to marinate meat and is the perfect accompaniment for sous vide cooking. It's also perfect for slow cooking and the proving of dough.
"It's incredibly important for us to launch ranges like the Vogue Premium collection to boost our cooking credentials and with such high-end style and technology, we hope the range will do just that," says Daniel Dewey, product manager at Hoover Candy Built-in.
"Our Vogue cooking collection was launched to the market last year and allowed us to make our mark in luxury cooking appliance market. While Vogue products are still available, the Vogue Premium collection is the next step in our evolution in this category.
