Rustique redefined: Two new models added to classic sink collection
Rangemaster has extended its stylish Rustique family of fire-clay ceramic sinks with the launch of two new models, offering kitchen designers and homeowners a choice of versatile designs.
The new Rustique one and a third (1.3) and a one and a half bowl (1.5) sinks inherit all the elegant design cues from the classic model - such as deep, generous bowls - while blending them with a configuration perfectly suited to the needs of modern homes.
The 1.3 bowl has been specifically designed to allow a sink and tap to be contained in a compact area, despite offering a large main bowl. For busier kitchens, the 1.5 model is more balanced in its design, allowing plenty of space to wash up in the main bowl, alongside a generous and handy second bowl for draining and food preparation.
To broaden their appeal and usage in a range of worktop and kitchen designs, the two new models can be fitted as undermount or inset sinks. The undermount option is well-suited to a traditional kitchen -particularly those with wooden worktops - while installing the sinks inset sees them transformed in to a centrepiece, with the bright white finish contrasting well with contemporary worktops.
"We know our fire-clay ceramic range is incredibly popular, so we've taken the design cues that everyone loves and blended them with the latest kitchen styling, creating an even wider choice for our customers," explains James Cunningham, sales director at Rangemaster Sinks & Taps. "This turns a traditional sink design into a real eye-catcher, which can transform the entire look and feel of a kitchen."
The Rustique 1.3 and 1.5 are both available in white and right handed versions only.
