Intelligent induction cooking with Caple's new C901i hob

* Caple-C901i.jpgIf your clients are looking for the ultimate induction hob, Caple's new black glass, frameless Sense C901i, might just fit the bill.

With exceptional functionality via specialised touch-controls - including an innovative pan mode, chef mode and the ability to allow users to save up to five of their most used cooking settings (called favourite), this five-zone model is ideal if highly intelligent functions and plenty of cooking space is the order of the day.

Product manager Luke Shipway explains: "Our new C901i induction hob features the latest technology, which truly sets this model apart. Our pan mode allows you to move your cooking pan from one zone to another, automatically picking up the selected settings from the zone the pan has been moved from.

"You can benefit from the chef mode, which can divide this hob into three zones with different power levels (low, medium and high). For example, you can fry on an intense heat then slide the pan over to a low temperature zone to keep contents warm while you concentrate on other dishes.

"We even have a 'favourite' function for quick and easy access to a saved selection of up to five of the most used cooking settings, which could include power level, cooking time and automatic cooking."

A programmable timer sets the cooking duration and the finishing time on each zone of up to 99 minutes and an 11-level digital power display for each zone (0-9), a keep warm function at 70C, pause setting and a booster on every zone.

With a child safety lock, residual heat indicators and automatic safety shut-off, this hob is ideal for family living.
