Indesit Company raises record amount for Children in Need

Volunteers from across Indesit Company received pledges totalling a record £97,197 during this year's Children in Need telethon at their contact centre in Peterborough.

The team included Service Director for the UK Marco Bellinzona, Contact Centre Director Steve Hodgson and Repairs and Repair Protection Market Manager Paul Lewis.

"It was a great evening, the British public are incredibly generous and it is so humbling to be part of such a fantastic event," says Contact Centre Director Steve Hodson.

"There was a brilliant atmosphere. Everyone was keen to collect as much money as they could, because of the difference Children in Need makes to so many families across the UK. Our volunteers worked very hard and we're so proud to have raised over £97,000."
