Ultra Finishing acquires Niko Distribution

After years of enjoying a successful relationship, bathroom speciaists Ultra Finishing and Niko Distribution have completed a deal which has seen Ultra Finishing acquire Niko Distribution.

Tony Wood of Niko Distribution will join the board of Ultra Finishing.

The two businesses will continue to trade as independent entities, with Ultra Finishing focussing on UK fulfilment of the new increased range of Premier/Niko products, together with the Hudson Reed and Ultra brands.

Niko, as the manufacturer, will focus on supplying OEM customers and key accounts on a direct basis.
