Easyquote announces re-brand
As a precursor to the upcoming major UK KBB industry show at the NEC in Birmingham from 21st - 24th March 2010, popular business management software provider EasyQuote announces it is re-branding to EQ Software. The re-brand will be showcased at KBB2010.
Since its inception in 2000, the EasyQuote brand name has served the business well but it was generally felt by both customers and the management team alike that it no longer reflected the strength and depth that the product and the company offered.
Following extensive research conducted over the past year with businesses and prospective users of the software, the findings showed that whilst the EasyQuote brand was strong it did not accurately reflect what the product was capable of delivering to the end user.
Now beginning the celebrations of its 10th anniversary, the company felt this was the ideal time to change with the major industry show giving an obvious springboard for the new brand and an opportunity to show it off to existing and prospective customers alike.
Commenting on the name change, the company's Managing Director Leigh Martin remarked: "Implementing the EQ Software name change better positions our brand identity and provides for a broader portfolio of products and services in the future."
"It's long overdue really as the product has been far more than just a quoting tool for some time now."
Based in Tamworth , Staffordshire, EQ Software was eastablished in 2000 and it is believed that it was the first dedicated business mangement software solution of its kind to be designed for the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom industry. It was created by Intergrated Ordering Systems and since 2000 it has grown to such an extent that it now has more that 3500 users throughout the UK.
EQ Software offers seamless links with the leading design and visualisation systems including ArtiCAD, Planit Fusion, 20-20 Technologies Compusoft, Kitchen Draw, Logicom Virtual World and Autokitchen. It also integrates with Sage and the company became a Sage Development Centre in 2008.
