Lakes Bathrooms reintroduces stone resin trays

Shower specialist, Lakes Bathrooms, has reintroduced a range of stone resin trays to add further choice to complement its Classic and Coastline collections of enclosures. Last year the manufacturer changed to contemporary, lightweight, low profile tray ranges in Acrylic Capped Resin and Sheet Moulded Compound, but sustained demand for traditional trays has sparked the launch of a new stone resin range.

The new stone resin range of shower trays includes quadrant, offset quadrant, rectangular and square shapes, with sizes ranging from 700mm square, up to 1700mm wide. Both low profile 45mm and standard height 80mm trays are included and Easy-Plumb kit systems are available to convert any of the trays for raised installation. All trays are supplied with chrome waste to suit and are manufactured from ABS stone.

Explaining the stone tray U-turn, sales & marketing director of Lakes Bathrooms, Clive Organ comments: "We recognised that the majority of the market was moving towards low profile, lightweight trays, designed for easy installation. However, the sustained demand for the traditional stone resin trays has prompted us to re-evaluate our portfolio and to introduce a new, high quality range, with over 60 shape and style variants to choose from."

The trays are engineered and manufactured to exacting standards to ensure consistency and quality. All carry a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. With improved packaging, the trays now come edged and wrapped for robust protection in transit and pre-installation.

As with all products in the Classic and Coastline collections, the stone resin trays are available ex-stock on a 24 - 48hrs delivery, anywhere in the UK.
