EQ Software develops TradeZone Ordering Link for PWS
EQ Software the, kbb specific business management and eCommerce solutions provider, has revolutionised the order process for the PWS TradeZone online ordering system.
The kitchen components and worksurfaces supplier turned to EQ Software to develop the 'live' link between the two systems and provide the fastest, most efficient and informative way for customers to place orders.
The huge number of EQ Software customers who buy from PWS can take advantage of the features and benefits of this new development in three easy steps. From within EQ's business management software package, customers link straight to 'TradeZone' then register online. Finally they enter their User ID and Account Code Key which then activates the link.
John Flynn, Senior Developer at EQ Software quotes: "Our joint and ongoing project development means that mutual customers of EQ and PWS will benefit greatly from this link.
"With accurate pricing, stock levels and discounts available in an instant, the link provides retailers and manufacturers with visibility on availability and profit margins which is vital to their day to day business operations."
Customers can also download all PWS discounts into EQ Software including special contract rates for individual items, have automatic purchase order confirmation and validate the flexible PWS despatch methods.
Andrew Langford, Marketing Manager at PWS says: "TradeZone is the quickest and most flexible method of ordering from PWS. Now customers using EQ Software can place their order straight into TradeZone once the quote has been confirmed, avoiding any unnecessary re-keying of orders - and have their stock allocated instantly.
"I think this significant improvement is going to provide huge time and cost saving benefits to our mutual customers.
