Electrolux expands professionally inspired freestanding cooker range

* EKG6121AOK-Gas-Electrolux.jpgElectrolux is launching a brand new, extensive range of freestanding cookers as part of its Inspiration collection. Electrolux has 90 years' professional expertise and is Europe's leading supplier to professional kitchens and laundries. Features and functions originally created for professional chefs have been adapted for consumers in the new Electrolux Inspiration range of freestanding cooker appliances.

"Extensive research has provided us with detailed insights into exactly what consumers want from a freestanding cooker," says Martin Wilson, Product Manager of Freestanding Appliances at Electrolux. "By building on this research, Electrolux has created the new Inspiration range of freestanding cookers to provide the best culinary experience possible for our customers."

Consumers want better performing cookers without refurbishing their kitchen furniture and the Inspiration range lets you change and adapt your kitchen without having to completely redesign. Electrolux offer more choice, providing appliances that suit individual preference, so the consumer does not have to compromise on design or quality.

The outcome of research has been reflected in the new range. Unique to the market, the top of the range Inspiration models come equipped with a special food probe. The food probe means that professional standards can be achieved with every meal, intelligently cooking food to the perfect temperature, ensuring it is never over or undercooked.

Professional chefs need fast reaction appliances with instant and precise heat control. Electrolux's top of the range Inspiration cookers with induction technology provide all of this to give great results. Says Sophie Davidson at Electrolux: "The launch of induction on freestanding cookers means our customers can have high quality products at the flick of a switch without having to overhaul their kitchen."

A simple touch control display gives the consumer precise heat control, plus an elusive white LED display gives a premium finish. Not only is induction a highly responsive form of heat control, but the flat surface is easy to clean. These new cookers are extremely intelligent with a Power booster function for a quick hit of heat and a child safe lock for extra piece of mind. Plus, they are highly energy efficient, only providing heat to the area covered by a pan.

The XL Inspiration UltraFan ensures that air is circulated consistently within the oven, therefore ensuring perfect, evenly cooked food. The XXL capacity provides consumers with an extremely flexible cooking space. It also comes with one of the largest baking trays on the market.

The Electrolux freestanding cookers are extremely energy efficient, boasting a rating of A-10%, which uses 10% less energy than an A rated model.
There are 17 models in the range spanning gas, electric and induction - allowing excellent trade-up opportunities. Inspiration gas cookers are available with extra powerful wok burners, plus cast iron pan supports to give a robust and professional look. Automatic ignition gives the consumer the instant heat they need, plus automatic gas cut off ensures that the cooker is not left on unnecessarily. Inspiration Electric cookers feature UltraFan technology, the unique food probe, and full touch controls which allow consumers to achieve professional precise cooking results.
