Extractair - extractors which add that extra 'vibe'
John's not much of a Michael Jackson fan and had it not been for the friendly faces and warm greetings provided by the team on the Extractair stand, he'd probably have moonwalked on by, but a change of tune soon captured us both.
The extractor hood, so often now a centrepiece of the kitchen in terms of positioning, function and striking design, has been taken into the entertainment business too. The one we were looking at was playing music...
"Here at Extractair we pride ourselves on providing the complete kitchen extraction solution, from cooker hoods to ducting and motors, so that they meet the 'Extractair Gold Standard' for kitchen extraction," explained David Holmes.
"We pay the same attention to the power and extraction capabilities of your cooker hood as we do to the way it looks. Whether you want an internal motor an external motor or twin motors (for a more powerful extraction), we can design and supply the system that will work best for you.
David explained that the company also supplies the Compair flow exhaust system to give a quieter and more efficient extraction than many traditional ducting systems offer. Its internal vein technology link and low profile with soft radii decrease air flow resistance for an effective performance.
"Our spectacular ranges of cooker hoods are supplied in various sizes or can be custom made to special requirements to enable you to select a beautiful cooker hood that fits perfectly in your kitchen and contributes to the ambience and lighting of the hub of your home in exactly the way you want," he said. "The music is an added bonus and works via your iplayer, creating that extra ambience in what is now so often the hub of the home and a place to entertain guests whilst cooking. If you don't like Michael Jackson you can choose something else."
