KWC Switzerland announces sales & distribution changes to its luxury kitchen tap brand for the UK market

KWC Switzerland has announced changes to the distribution of its luxury KWC kitchen tap brand that will come into effect from 1st April 2014.

The company has appointed the Sink Space to manage the sales & distribution of its kitchen tap offer, replacing KWC (UK). The brand will also continue to be available from Sterling Distribution.

The change follows the decision of Tony Dallamore, managing director of KWC (UK), to scale back his day to day involvement with the brand. Tony has been responsible for the sales & distribution of the brand in the UK market for over 20 years, building a loyal following of high end kitchen retailers for the company's range of luxury kitchen taps.

KWC is a prestigious Swiss-made brand of kitchen and bathroom taps noted for its innovative design and precision-made quality. It was acquired by the Franke Group in 2013. Franke recently demonstrated its commitment to the KWC brand by showcasing the company's range of kitchen taps on its exhibition stand at KBB Birmingham earlier this month.

The Sink Space will now manage the interactions with KWC (UK)'s existing customer base, ensuring continuity of supply and service. Tony Dallamore will continue his involvement with the brand for an interim period, supporting the transition and providing the white-glove aftersales service that his customers have come to expect over the years.

Says Kosta Urosevic, Export Manager of KWC Switzerland:

"It has been a great honour to work with Tony and thank him for his success in establishing the KWC business in the UK. We are confident that the Sink Space will make a smooth transition into continuing those relationships, and alongside Sterling Distribution, will continue to develop the brand in the future."

Says Tony Dallamore: "It has been a privilege to work with KWC to develop its business in the UK. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my loyal customers for their support and business over the years and am confident that those relationships will continue with the team at the Sink Space."
