Mereway Kitchens provides 'Best Display Support' at KBSA AGM
Mereway Kitchens tells us it was delighted to be awarded the KBSA Award for 'Best Display Support' at last month's KBSA AGM.
The award, chosen by KBSA retailers and presented by Martin Thomas, came from the results of a survey sent out to all members earlier this year asking them to vote on a variety of topics covering products and service.
Award winning Mereway Kitchens was commended for continuing to offer a great display package that best supported the retailer, which included a focus on assistance in creating innovative showroom designs, delivery, installation, overall presentation as well as pricing. The award was received jointly with Omega.
"In the current climate it is essential that we remain close to and work with our customers - and for the independent retailer strong display presentation is of major importance, says Ginette Crowther, Marketing Manager.
"We pride ourselves on having a team who are able to help support them every step of the way to ensure that their showrooms present our products at their very best and make the dealer stand out in what can sometimes be a saturated local market.
"That could be as little as advising on how to show the latest ranges and unit types, designing the display, helping with receipt of product and installation, even through to advising on styling so that they look aspirational and inviting to customers.
"Mereway Kitchens offers solid, quality English made products backed by a first class service - and - thanks to KBSA retailers, this now includes recognised first class display support.
"We've always placed customers at the very heart of what we do, so we're especially thrilled to receive this award as voted for by them."
