Major companies opt for a bit of TLC (Training Linked to Charity)

* Graham-Hayden.jpgA number of major industry suppliers are taking advantage of an opportunity to train their staff and, at the same time, make contributions to their chosen charities.

In a new initiative to be rolled out throughout 2015, Graham Hayden Training will run one day Sales and Customer Care courses for members of staff and, instead of paying a course fee, the companies will make a donation to charity.

These award winning courses have been attended by over 1800 KBB delegates over the last eight years and full details of the content can be found on the website www.grahamhaydentraining.com

To date, the companies that have signed up to this initiative are; Whirlpool UK, Blum, ArtiCAD and Burda International UK.

"I believe our industry is exceptionally good at product training but I do see the need to improve sales and customer care skills in order to compete effectively, so I have introduced this course for anyone involved with the customer experience," comments Graham. "During 2015, I would like to raise a minimum of £5000 for the chosen charities."

Any company interested in hosting a charity course should contact Graham via:
