On screen debut for latest Burbidge sales tool

* Ben-Burbridge.jpgFollowing its successful Premium Partner day, kitchen manufacturer Burbidge has unveiled another retailer sales tool to bring the Burbidge woodworking heritage story to life.

The 'Burbidge Story' is an engaging three minute video fronted by managing director Ben Burbidge. It features interviews from production, factory and marketing managers, along with the many long-standing employees still on the factory floor. The video has been launched to showcase to retailers how the Burbidge core values of producing well-designed, well-made and long-lasting kitchens - borne out of its 140 years+ heritage - extend to today's commitment to investing in modern manufacturing processes and responding to consumer's contemporary needs.

Established in 1867 by the great, great, grandfather of the current managing director Ben Burbidge, Burbidge & Son boasts a rich legacy in woodworking having started life as a manufacturer of wood turned sports equipment such as cricket stumps and croquet mallets.

"We will never sit back on our laurels," says Ben. "Despite our heritage, we're not a staid, family-run company that just wants to make a living - we're a young, vibrant and ambitious team that wants to lead the way in the industry.

"As the Burbidge Story demonstrates, we are always looking at ways to improve our service whether its design, customer service or production technology. Developing sales tools like this and continuing to work closely with our retailer customers, helps us to reinforce the loyal relationships that put us in good standing for the future."
