British Ceramic Tile, has promoted Mark Rigby to the position of national account manager

Reporting directly to global sales director, Neil Anderton, Mark is tasked with driving forward key national accounts, with a focus on developing new customer focused ranges and concepts as well as driving existing business.

"This new role looks set to be a fantastic challenge," enthuses Mark. "I will be fully immersed in all aspects of the account from buying and supply chain, through to customer service and logistics. It's a great step forward for me personally.

I'm looking forward to fully understanding each business and their customers so that we can develop products that answer the needs of the market and ultimately increase sales."

Neil Anderton adds: "We've been delighted with Mark's commitment to the company over the last year and felt that he was the right person to move into the role. Mark has a wealth of experience in managing accounts as well as bringing new products to market, along with sharing our vision to develop existing business."

An experienced marketing and new business professional, Mark previously held the position of new business development manager; responsible for developing new channels and products with new and existing customers. Before joining British Ceramic Tile, Mark held various positions at Jacuzzi and Astracast.
