Whirpool launches new Absolute design built-in and freestanding appliance range
Whirlpool has launched a new and innovative Absolute design range of stylish built-in and freestanding appliances.
The combination provides a distinctive and matching profile across both product categories.
The new aesthetics combine contemporary, intuitive design to blend with a variety of kitchen styles, and all appliances provide excellent performance and time efficiency, to minimise effort and maximise ease of use.
The new range features Whirlpool's pioneering 6th Sense technology, guaranteeing perfect and effortless results and includes built-in ovens, a microwave, hob and a hood; plus freestanding dishwashers and the feature-rich Jet Chef combination microwave oven.
Intuitive, flexible and easy to use, the two ovens with in-built programmers, are top performers that allow discerning chefs to cook up a masterpiece simply by selecting the appropriate cooking setting. The models also remember the last function used, to make life even easier and, thanks to Cook3 you can pop in three trays of food at once, while the Ready2Cook setting eliminates the need to pre-heat, which saves time and up to 20% of energy.
Perfectly matching the ovens is the easy to use and efficient Absolute design microwave oven with in-built, intuitive 6th Sense technology. The central programmer allows the selection of different cooking options with a single touch. Through the 'select and cook' function you can choose the most appropriate cooking setting for each dish, while 6th Sense technology sets the cooking time and power level to ensure expert and outstanding results.
The microwave has a grill and, with its Crisp technology, will produce delicious food that is crispier, juicier and healthier than ever.
With the utmost performance, sleek design and exclusive look, the hob is the perfect blend of ultimate technology and optimum flexibility.
6th Sense technology works in perfect synergy with specific functions specially designed for each cooking need. Double Flexizone technology extends the freedom to organise the cooking areas to suit individual requirements. It is designed to accommodate the largest pans by linking together the front and back zones, maintaining a consistent temperature across the whole zone. This makes it ideal for cooking large amounts of food and using numerous pots and pans all at once. If you switch to a smaller pan, the system detects after just one minute, which part of the zone you are using and automatically activates it.
To complement the range is the Absolute 6th Sense hood. The 6th Sense control makes it easy to use by simply selecting the setting according to the cooking mode, i.e. simmering, boiling, frying. The hood automatically finds the perfect setting and the power of extraction only increases when needed, eliminating unnecessary energy wastage. Thanks to its 6th Sense technology and A+ energy rating, consumers can save up to 18% of energy.
The collection is enhanced by the freestanding Absolute range. This includes the PowerClean dishwasher with the innovative PowerDry system that washes and dries dishes, including plastics, in just one hour and makes clouds of steam, when opening the door at the end of the programme, a thing of the past.
Completing the range is the freestanding feature-rich, 33-litre capacity Jet Chef combination microwave oven. The Jet Chef features a new 6th Sense intuitive programmer for ease of use and its Chef Menu function has 30 automatic recipes. Driven by Whirlpool's 6th Sense, it uses simple and intuitive solutions to monitor and adapt the cooking parameters for excellent results, ensuring ultimate time and energy savings and superb ease of use.
