Industry icon Glyn Hughes retires after 49 years in bathrooms & plumbing sales

Legendary figure in the bathroom industry, Glyn Hughes, will retire in August of this year from his role as area sales manager with bathroom distributor Barwick.

Glyn has worked in the bathroom and plumbing industry for an astonishing 49 years, spending the most recent 21 years with bathroom distributor Barwick. He is very well known in the industry and a career highlight for Glyn was winning Salesperson of the Year at the KBB awards in 1999.

Barwick has appointed Natalie Barry as a replacement for Glyn as area sales manager for the North-West of England. Natalie has a wealth of experience from previous field sales roles and is looking forward to continuing Glyn's excellent work alongside bathroom retailers.
