Leisure Sinks spa filter tap keeps water crystal clear
Proving popular with contractors and retailers alike, Leisure Sinks' Spa Filter tap (TSA1CM/BF) is a high quality, WRAS-approved dual lever tap. Boasting a smooth chrome finish, this stylish tap utilises a three-way dispenser system to provide crystal clear filtered water, as well as hot and mains cold water.
The Spa Filter tap has been specifically designed to remove limescale, chlorine, metals and other impurities from mains water. This helps keep water clean and tasting fresh, while it also prolongs the life of appliances, such as kettles and coffee machines, by reducing the risk of scale building up.
Capable of operating between 0.3 to 5.5 bar, the Spa Filter tap also features a high quality, space-saving carbon filter, which has an impressive lifespan of six months (or 2,500 litres) and is simple to replace. In addition, the tap has a quarter turn handle action - enabling precise flow control - while an anti-splash spout is supplied as standard. The spout also pivots 360 degrees, allowing easy rinsing from the fixed head. Plus, to reduce water wastage, a flow restrictor is included to limit the flow rate to four litres per minute.
The Spa Filter tap is manufactured from chrome and nickel-plated brass. It measures 392mm high, with a 217mm spout exit reach and 262mm spout exit height. The recommended fixing hole diameter is 35mm, while the tap can be installed on surfaces as deep as 70mm. All models are available in a choice of either chrome or brushed nickel finishes, as well as supplied with a five-year warranty covering materials and workmanship
Commenting on the tap, John Peter, Trade Sales Director at Leisure Sinks, said: "The Spa Filter tap combines style and engineering excellence to form the perfect accompaniment to our range of stainless steel sinks. This means it looks great in any kitchen while its filter system ensures water remains crystal clear and healthy. Plus, having WRAS accreditation provides installers and specifiers with peace of mind, as it reflects how each component has been tested and checked to meet the highest quality standards - as is expected of all products from Leisure Sinks."
All Leisure Sinks products are regularly tested by independent inspectors to guarantee that they are manufactured to the highest standards.
