Leicht Contracts opens new office in London's Blackfriars
The success of Leicht Contracts in being awarded over £8 million worth of kitchen contracts for new builds has allowed the company to expand with the opening of a new office in London's Blackfriars this week.
Located at Hatfield, SE1, this office has been deliberately sited in London's City area to help service the contracts around there. The new office will house the whole Contracts team, which numbers some 15 people, ranging from designers, project managers and installation and technical staff. Heading up the team is commercial manager Matt Duncan, along with managing director Liam Hopper.
The company is already fitting kitchens for developments in the heart of the City, within Hackney & Dalston, as well as in Battersea where it is working on 450 units, and other areas in London that are going through regeneration. Leicht Contracts is highly experienced in designing and fitting contemporary kitchens that are ideal for new builds.
"The time for joining the market was 18 months back," challenges Liam Hopper. "The seeds have been planted and we are now geared up for this lucrative market. There is a handful of players here and I'm looking forward to reducing our competitors' volume with the arrival of Leicht Contracts UK.''
Matt Duncan adds: "The Contracts team has within a year outgrown the existing office at Leicht Battersea, but by having this new office, we can service kitchen contracts better in east London and beyond. 2016 will be a busier year and with more interest in other developments we aim to expand."
