Uform teams up with kitchen retailer for Sierra Leone fundraiser
Uform has recently supported its UK retailer Williams Inspirations in its campaign to raise much needed funds for a Sierra Leone-based children's charity, 'The Oaks' with a kitchen prize from the Kitchen Stori brand.
To support the launch of its new showroom in Ellesmere Port, Williams Inspirations' embarked on a fundraising initiative to assist with funds for the 'family and friends' charity, which helps to provide education to underprivileged youngsters in the West of Africa.
"We're delighted to have helped Williams Inspirations on its quest to raise funds for this very worthy charity," says Uform Chairman Eamon Donnelly. "Carrie and the team have invested a tremendous level of time and effort to make this a success and we would also like to wish them every success with their new showroom in Ellesmere Port."
Carrie Williams, director of Williams Inspiration comments: "We are thrilled with our fundraising initiative for the Oaks charity. As a committee member, this cause is extremely close to my heart and it was made all the more poignant through the involvement of Medo Kamara, the Bolton Wanderers footballer who originally hails from Sierra Leone.
"I would particularly like to thank Uform for its generous level of sponsorship for our raffle; we were delighted to be able to raffle a Kitchen Stori product for the lucky winner!"
