Swan celebrates further success in 2015
With the year drawing to a close, British brand Swan is celebrating its continued growth, with 2015 seeing sales of the Retro collection more than doubling in the last 12 months.
It also saw Swan making a landmark move by realigning its electricals and housewares output for the first time in 30 years, creating a stronger brand proposition by offering consumers a fully colour co-ordinated Retro range of complementary cookware and kitchen accessories, as well as the already established kitchen-top appliances and white goods.
Unveiled at Exclusively Housewares, the well-known homeware, electrical and tableware exhibition in June, the Swan stand received a record number of visitors including those from South Africa, Norway as well as the UK, all keen to see the new additions to the range. Swan also received an 'On Trend' award by the consumer insight company, Scarlet Opus, while at the show in recognition of its vintage green colour.
Initially available in five shades including traditional cream, sky blue, vintage green, rich red and contemporary black, Swan will be adding a new colour way to the range in 2016, providing consumers with even greater choice.
Rob Wileman, managing director at Swan Products comments: "Swan continues to be a growing brand, and we are extremely pleased that year on year growth has exceeded expectations again in 2015. We are also thrilled that we are the only British housewares brand able to offer its customers a fully colour co-ordinated range of housewares as well as kitchen-top appliances and white goods.
"We are keen to continue our momentum, and are working hard to expand the Retro collection even further, with new product launches and colours expected for 2016."
