Get training with Geberit

2015 saw record numbers of installers pass through the doors of the Geberit Training Academy, as they took advantage of the manufacturer's free training modules in order to grow their confidence of fitting the latest piping systems and sanitary solutions. With dates now set for training days in 2016, the manufacturer is expecting places to fill up fast and is urging installers to plan ahead and book in as soon as possible.

Feedback from past candidates reaffirms the Geberit message that taking some time out to brush up on knowledge and skills is a good investment, with Nigel Hawkins from Northants Plumbing and Heating commenting:

"We found the course very informative and useful; it provided enough information so we didn't feel like we were going into the project blind. After training, installing the systems was easy - as we'd been on the course we felt familiar with the product."

Geberit runs modules dedicated to its piping systems and sanitary solutions, with the two running over consecutive days to enable customers to attend both if they are relevant to their business, with minimal disruption to their work schedules. 2016 dates are as follows:

Sanitary systems training covers methods for fitting and maintaining wall-hung sanitaryware, empowering installers with the know-how to install these systems with confidence. Installation and maintenance of Geberit's market-leading range of shower toilets, Geberit AquaClean, is also covered.

Piping solutions training, meanwhile, enables installers to get hands-on with the latest systems including Geberit Mapress and Mepla, plus drainage systems including Geberit HDPE.

All training is free, with candidates completing the sanitary systems training not only receiving a certificate but also Geberit Duofix frame. Those on the piping systems training are given a Geberit fittings, as a thank you for taking the time to attend.
