New phone system, new number!

As part of its ongoing commitment to communications improvement, the Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installers has introduced a new telephone system at its Essex offices.

The new BT cloud communications equipment includes a queuing system to better manage calls at peak times, as well as call recording for training and monitoring purposes.

As part of the change, the iKBBI has a new telephone number for all incoming calls:
