Carron Phoenix underscores popular brand values with new products and a new drive behind Carron Centres
In a strategic move to strengthen it base in the mid-to-value end of the market and expand its retail following, Carron Phoenix used the show to launch a reinvigorated offer for its Carron Centre partnerships as well as display some new ranges.
Fiona Bowyer, marketing director at Franke, explained that retail partners are invited to display Carron Phoenix as the dominant sink and tap brand in their showroom and commit to achieving a set turnover target and in return enjoy an attractive rebate scheme, receive free display products, have a priority web listing and receive dedicated branding promoting their exclusive partnership with Carron Phoenix.
"The new Carron Centre offer is aimed at retailers who want a price-fighting brand that they can rely on," she said. "Carron has an established reputation for long-lasting quality complemented by good design and value and the becoming a Carron Centre enables a retailer to offer smart-priced style while benefitting from generous rebates and display support.
"The company is also promoting its highly popular Sink and Tap Value Packs, offering the consumer generous savings for the combined purchase compared to individual items. A key benefit of the Carron Phoenix offer for retailers is the wide choice of sink and tap styles available, and the flexibility to combine any of the 19 sinks with any of the six taps in the range for a single fixed price, without having to juggle between upgrade options. The packs offer ceramic, granite and stainless steel sink models, plus all styles of tap so there is no compromise on choice, design or functionality."
Carron Phoenix also used the show to reinforce its position in the market as a brand that stands for good quality, design and value. Reflecting this, there were new products to examine, highly competitive sink and tap value packs and a reinvigorated offer for the company's popular Carron Centres aimed at strengthening the company's loyal retail following.
The new Columba synthetic inset sink underscores the Carron Phoenix knack for delivering high performance, quality and design and gives consumers access to a coloured sink at an attainable price. Its simple lines offer a versatile, modern design to suit a wide range of kitchen styles and utilises state-of-the-art synthetics technology. The sink is tough and durable, being resistant to heat, shock and impact, and is available in single and 1.5 bowl options which are fully reversible; both fit a standard 600mm cabinet.
The popular Fiji granite undermount sink range has also been extended to include a more compact 1.5 bowl model. The Fiji 150-16 fits a standard 600mm cabinet, providing the benefit of an additional bowl within a smaller footprint than the existing 1.5 bowl models. The Fiji 150-16 is available in the neutral and contemporary colours of Polar White, Champagne and Jet Black, offering a stylish alternative to stainless steel.
Three new taps, the Dante Noir, Elena and Lanark, enhance the company's tap portfolio which spans the mid-to-value sectors of the market with a choice of good quality taps at prices designed to attract buyers. The Dante Noir includes the same features as the Dante Pro, with an extra tall spout for maximum reach and directional control, with the added finishing touch of an ultra-matt black finish on the spout. The Elena's single-lever operation, slim profile and square base design, combine perfectly with its elegant swan-neck to offer a tap to suit any modern or contemporary sink. The Lanark also features the classic swan-neck, with a delicately curved, teardrop design on its single-lever, to offer a visually appealing tap that's also great value for money. All of the new taps are available in Chrome.
