AEG brings sous vide cooking to compact range
AEG is launching a compact, multifunction oven with sous vide, to bring great taste to kitchens of all sizes. It works in exactly the same way as a traditional oven, with the added benefit of steam and sous vide functions.
The sous vide oven function cooks vacuumed sealed food at lower temperatures to provide optimal conditions for enhanced food results. The food is cooked gently and is never overcooked, so all flavours end up in the finished dish.
The compact sous vide oven features the same cutting edge TFT touch screen display found on the full sized version for improved user interaction and ease of use when selecting its many settings.
