Bailey's of Verwood, Dorset, wins brace of new Amica double ovens

* Baileys.jpgIndependent freestanding and built-in electrical retailer Bailey's of Verwood, Dorset has won a brace of new double ovens from Amica following a prize draw promotion at the CIH (Euronics) trade show earlier in the year.

Chosen from over 300 entries handed in on the Amica and Portway Appliances stand, the two ovens - which are worth almost £1000 at retail price - formed part of Amica's launch promotion for its new freestanding double cavity range.

Amica's new freestanding cookers comprise a choice of 60cm or 50cm models with induction hob, ceramic hob, gas or electric hob. Each is rated A/A energy class and every one offers great capacity in two spacious chambers.

Colour choices include matt black, stainless steel and white.

Most include telescopic guides and a choice of five shelf positions, a minute minder or programmer, flame failure safety valves (gas) and triple glazed Cool- front ovens doors.

Steve York, proprietor of award-winning F C Bailey, says of the win: "You enter these prize draws and you don't really expect to win so this is terrific. Both ovens are now on the shop floor and as business has been so good over the Summer we don't expect them to be here long."
