KBSA facilitates free members' seminar next month
The Kitchen Bathroom & Bedroom Specialists Association has announced that Croner, its legal & technical helpline service provider, is holding a legal briefing seminar for business owners next month, which will be free of charge for KBSA members to attend.
Designed to be informative and interactive, to help delegates tackle the day-to-day challenges that employing people brings, the seminar will cover the following subjects:
- How to reduce sickness & absence
- Employment documentation - what you need and how often it should be updated
- Employee discipline, grievance situation
- Brexit - how it might affect your business
"In our experience there are a number of core areas that cause the most trouble for businesses; sickness & absence, employment documentation, and disciplinary & grievance
procedures," says Croner's Denise Leigh.
"At Croner we have over 70 years' experience helping business owners who have had issues in these areas, and using this knowledge, we've put together an event to help you avoid the costly mistakes that others have made."
The Seminar will take place on Monday 5th December, from 09.30 - 13:00, at Croner's offices in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
