Bushboard reaffirms commitment to customer relations with major investment programme
Bushboard has completed a one-year customer relations investment programme with the recruitment of additional staff, the refurbishment of its CRM office, the opening of a new fulfilment centre and the development of online design tools.
The CRM recruitment takes the team to five and the office refit has included the installation of new training facilities and state-of-the-art customer relations technology. The software helps to ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with promptly and allows the team to pro-actively keep in regular contact with Bushboard's retail partners.
The fulfilment centre holds a large stock of samples and brochures for all of the company's kitchen and bathroom surface collections, which can be ordered with a fast turnaround. The investment in online design tools allows retailers to help customers visualise multiple combinations of surfaces in their kitchen and bathroom to support them in their decision-making.
The whole project comes on the back of a £2m investment in state of the art production technology over the last two years, in addition to a recruitment campaign for factory floor staff to allow for future expansion.
