BSH Home Appliances certified as Top Employer for the second year
In the year of its 50th anniversary, BSH (BSH Home Appliances), manufacturer of premium brands Bosch, NEFF, Siemens and Gaggenau, has been officially certified by the Top Employers Institute 2017 for the second year running, retaining the exclusive Top Employers Europe 2017 Certification for its exceptional employee offerings in the UK and Ireland.
The annual international research recognises leading employers from around the world: those that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organisation, and strive to continuously optimise employment practices.? BSH Home Appliances is proud to have retained the award for not only the UK but also to hold the same certification across 15 countries worldwide as part of the global organisation BSH Hausgeräte GmbH.
With only a select number of organisations in the UK earning the recognition, the Top Employers Certification is awarded on completion of a stringent research process to meet the required high standard. The criteria included assessing and validating the company's HR policies and procedures for Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-Boarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career & Succession Management, Compensation & Benefits and Culture.
BSH Home Appliances' independently audited answers have earned it a coveted spot amongst a choice group of certified Top Employers.
"It is fantastic to be recognised for our employee offering for the second year running and in the same year that we celebrate our 50th anniversary," says Manfred Normann, the company's CFO. "We continue to recognise and value all of our 1100 employees across the UK and Ireland and are committed to becoming an even better employer."
