Ideal Standard wins Lincoln development washroom specification brief
Ideal Standard has partnered with LGG Projects and Jackson & Jackson for the specification of the washrooms at the high profile premium One The Brayford development in Lincoln.
The £20million investment of the existing historic Mill House on Lincoln's waterfront into a high-end residential and commercial development, is scheduled for completion towards the end of 2017.
The much-anticipated scheme includes 89 luxury apartments, 11 service apartments and three restaurants overlooking the Brayford Pool - providing a huge boost for the vibrant Wharf area of the city.
The luxury one, two and three bed apartments, set over six floors, will appeal to single occupants as well as families. For those looking for something extra special, the Penthouse Collection apartments offer fantastic views of the city from the balcony space, and have a minimum of two bedrooms
Every washroom in the apartment development, including the penthouse, is specified with the latest Ideal Standard product including sleek basin and bath mixers from the new Tesi range, and the brand's popular Concept shower system.
