Moores Furniture Group become BiKBBI Installation Standards Partner
In what has been a busy month for The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation, the organisation today announced, that Moores Furniture Group had become its latest 'big scalp' Installation Standards Partner, joining a fast growing network of high profile retailers and manufacturers.
Moores, the kitchen and bathroom manufacturer based in West Yorkshire, provides K&B product to both the private and affordable housing market. Their parent company is the international Masco Corporation - one of the world's largest manufacturers of brand-name products for the home improvement and new home construction markets, parent to a number of KBB brands including Bristan Group and Hansgrohe.
The exciting partnership will see the Bristish manufacturer's national network of installers become accredited by the BiKBBI over the coming weeks. Importantly, Moores will be involved in the Education Committee which is supporting the development of the Fitted Interiors Apprenticeship as well as learning & development opportunities for existing tradesmen through its Blum-sponsored Continual Professional Development portal.
Speaking on behalf of Moores, national operations manager Andy Hedges (pictured right) says: "The team at Moores are delighted to be in partnership with the BiKBBI. The endorsement will give our customers even more confidence in the Moores brand, product and quality service we offer our customers".
BiKBBI CEO Damian Walters (left) adds: "I'm of course delighted that Moores have added their support to BiKBBI and the exciting initiatives we're working on. They're clearly one of the major players here in the UK and I'm confident there'll be mutual benefit from the partnership for years to come."
