Rotpunkt UK complete its latest series of training
The future is bright for Rotpunkt partners and suppliers in the wake of its final batch of UK training days where attendees completed a series of comprehensive product training and received updates on current / future brand developments.
Spanning six key locations across the UK - Cardiff, Dublin, East Midlands, Manchester, Gatwick and Cardiff again - each training session was hosted by Matt Phillips (operations) and Max Lükewille (export); both specialists in the design and manufacture of Rotpunkt German kitchen furniture.
With over 100 attendees, Rotpunkt is pleased to confirm a noticeable increase in product, brand and business knowledge amongst its retail network.
Matt Phillips, head of UK operations says: "We are delighted to complete our first batch of UK training days for 2017, with a record attendance and show of support from our suppliers.
"Ultimately, effective retail is about delivering a good service from first consultation through to design and final fit and I find transparency in product and service is king for us and our dealers. By specialising in one niche area, which in our case is quality kitchen furniture, our retailers are able to move away from offering just a 'standard' product to deliver something extra special.
