KBSA announces 2017 Awards

Congratulations to all the winners of the 2017 Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association Awards, announced last week.

Amongst them are:

Supplier of the Year Award winner - BSH Home Appliances - chosen by Association members voting for corporate member suppliers who they thought had excelled in their service to them in 2017. 

This award, sponsored by Clear Insurance Management and QANW, is based on feedback from KBSA retailers throughout 2017, and reflects members' opinions on those brands that have performed well during the year.

KBSA corporate chair, Malcolm Scott, said at the presentation: "This award is well deserved and a true reflection of the levels of service provided to customers, as it is voted for by KBSA retailers.

"It is always a great pleasure to reward brands that support the independent specialist directly, and this year's winner should be proud of the recognition."

The Customer Service Award 2017, sponsored by Britannia, was won by retailer member, Denmore Kitchens and Bathrooms of Aberdeen. The company has been in business for over 21 years and earned an enviable reputation in Scotland for innovative design, quality workmanship and exemplary service.

Richard Hibbert, KBSA national chair said: "This award is based purely on customer feedback which is the best method of judging whether customer performance is genuine.

"Congratulations to all of the team at Denmore Kitchens and Bathrooms."
