Sleek, neat and truly handle free: Benchmarx Kitchens unveils nine True handleless kitchens
As the popularity of handleless kitchens continues to grow, Benchmarx Kitchens has unveiled nine True Handleless options that will allow you to recreate this look for customers with ease and at a more affordable price.
The True Handleless collection features seven of Benchmarx Kitchens' new and existing slab fronted doors but, as so many of these doors work together, it opens up the possibilities to mix and match styles, colours and finishes, to create countless looks. Whether you are asked for industrial chic to pale oak effect to fresh white and delicate pastels, this range can certainly deliver.
The Benchmarx True Handleless system works by incorporating a top rail on which the worktop sits, allowing cupboards or drawers to be opened simply and without the need for a J-pull or traditional handle.
Unlike many handleless versions currently on the market, Benchmarx Kitchens has ensured only one fitting rail is needed at the top of the cabinetry. Subsequent drawers are push open, leading to a stunning, neat finish and removing need for a second rail which can break up the clean lines. For top cupboards and around appliances, the opening bar is positioned to the side of the cupboard to maintain a handle-free effect.
As with all Benchmarx Kitchens' products, the True Handleless range is available in a rigid format. This range is also pre-notched to make installation easier and quicker when on-site.
For those new to handleless, step-by-step videos can be viewed online and the design team at your local Benchmarx Kitchens branch is always on hand to talk through the process and possibilities for the project in hand. Installation kits are also available in branch to make fitting as straightforward as possible.
Widening its potential, square profile corner posts can help create the latest floating island styles, whilst upgraded drawer boxers feature Blum Intivo, a dark grey, slim profile and soft close technology, that again increases the all-round, premium feel of the end result.
The Full True Handleless Range:
Eton: Matt Carbon, Matt Dove Grey, Gloss White, Gloss Light Grey, Gloss Cream
Benchmarx Kitchens' popular Eton range lends itself perfectly to the clean, sleek look that True Handleless can create. Choose from matt finishes that diffuse the light softly for a very premium look to a gloss shine that bounces light around the room giving the impression of airy space.
Richmond Oak
New to the Benchmarx Kitchens collection, the Richmond Oak range features a striking, of-the-moment pale oak colourway that works perfectly with the contemporary handleless frame for a truly modern take on a wooden kitchen.
What stands this range apart is its stunning textured finish that echoes the feel and warmth of real wood combined with the practicality and durability of a 18mm MFC finish. The matt surface mimics the naturally occurring knots and grains you'd expect in a wood finish to ensure the perfect 3D quality.
Use alone or mix and match with the Eton collection to create a unique, stylish finish.
Nordica Blue
(Coming Soon Nordica White and Grey - available from June 18)
Fresh pastels maintain their appeal in the kitchen as they are so easy to live with, and the acrylic Nordica Blue range from Benchmarx Kitchens adds the ideal amount of colour without being overpowering.
White and Grey options will be added to the wide-ranging handleless collection from early summer extend the colour mix possibilities further.
Which Worktop Works Best?
As you can see under the worktop, this needs to be taken into account when making recommendations. Solid surfaces such as granite, quartz, Apollo Slab Tech and the advanced Zenith laminate offer the best finish as it looks just as good underneath as it does from above.
Different profiles up the ante on this range too. Square-edged worktops instantly give a contemporary feel however, alternatives such as Shark Nose styles open up the design possibilities for customers.
