Abacus' new customised retailer software system wins seal of approval

The proof of the pudding is in the eating they say; Abacus Bathrooms' new dealer log-in software system is certainly satisfying the appetite for a streamlined, quick, simple software system which makes the entire retailer/ customer experience hassle-free.
The dealer log-in portal is accessed with one click from the www.abacus-bathrooms.co.uk home page with personalised log-in details required to get to confidential account information.
The six sections comprise Orders for tracking and placing a multi-line order; Sales for monthly sales reports, CSV price lists and details of individual discount structures; Accounts where statements, invoices and credit notes can be downloaded and new credit limits requested; Returns for requests and status of returns; Customer Service where contact details on both sides are housed and updated, and 'terms and conditions' and the Abacus YouTube channel can be viewed.
The final Administrator icon manages log-in details and access permission rights.
Ian Pattison, managing director of Abacus Manufacturing Group, explains: "We have developed a system which is all about the customer; we have all become used to fantastic, super-efficient online consumer experiences - think Amazon, for example - and, rightly, our customers deserve the same in their own business.
