British Ceramic Tile refreshes retailer Rewards Club
British Ceramic Tile's reward scheme has been relaunched with a host of exciting offers, promotions and prizes in a move to make the scheme more attractive and beneficial to retail customers.
After months of development, premium retailers can join the new and improved scheme, which now offers an enhanced user experience and a number of incentives to encourage and support retail sales.
Customers can build points for every pound they spend, encouraging retailers to set sales targets high, and keep consumers coming through the door. From experience days and short breaks, to luxury gadgets and accessories, there's a reward to suit every customer.
The Rewards Club has been fully updated with the new British Ceramic Tile branding, and is now fully responsive across all devices; mobile, desktop and tablet. It will be regularly updated with new products and promotions, to keep retailers in the loop on the latest from the tiling experts.
Tracking and spending points is simple thanks to the easy-to-navigate site, with the ability to access targets and results at the touch of a button. Customers will be able to see how well they are performing on an annual and quarterly basis, with points available to spend at the end of every quarter.
Jayne Adamson, head of retail marketing and brand said: "We launched our retailer scheme back in 2016, as a way of rewarding and supporting our independent customers. However, it was only adopted by a small number of retailers, with the majority not engaging fully on the site. We have looked carefully at what worked, and improved on the old website to create a scheme that a large number of retailers can easily get involved in. Not only will it reap rewards that our customers can enjoy, it will help everyone reach their targets and exceed their own expectations."
