Rangemaster makes two key new appointments
Rangemaster has made two key new appointments in a bid to strengthen its position as number-one brand for range cookers and built-in appliances in the UK market. Emma Line has been promoted to the role of brand & digital marketing manager for Rangemaster, while Lee Harris has been appointed as national account manager.
Emma first joined Rangemaster as online marketing assistant in 2014, and was then promoted to the role of assistant brand manager, and then brand manager. She will now be overseeing the digital marketing strategy for Rangemaster appliances, and her duties will include controlling the digital brand and social media strategy for the company. She will also be managing online product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
"I'm proud to have been recognised for my hard work over the last years and am looking forward to continuing to develop the Rangemaster brand through creating new digital initiatives and offline marketing activities to support our retailer network," she says.
Lee has spent the last 11 years in the household appliances sector, having previously worked at Vestel UK for four years as key account manager for OEM White Goods, and then at BSH Home Appliances for seven years as senior key account manager for SDA and Floorcare. In his new role, which will be field based, he will be looking after a selection of accounts, including Online, Electrical Retail and Kitchen Multiples. Of his new appointment, Lee says:
"I'm excited to be working for such a fantastic brand as Rangemaster, and looking forward to maximising sales opportunities across our portfolio and place Rangemaster products in as many homes in the UK as possible."
