Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery website now open for business
Reaffirming its commitment to helping the trade save time and money, Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery is the first trade-only supplier of its type to add a transactional function to its website.
This latest feature gives account-holding customers the chance to view prices, order and pay for joinery products and accessories instantly, whenever and wherever convenient - out of hours and without always having to head into branch.
Ideal for occasions where the customer wants to add flooring or lighting to an order, or additional doors, ironmongery, roof windows or hardware are required, account-holders will be able to log-in, see prices at-a-glance and order products hassle-free for collection or delivery.
If opting for collection, products can be picked up from the specified branch as soon as available; usually within four hours if the item is in stock.
Opening a Benchmarx Kitchens account is simple and can be done both in branch or online. Account holders also enjoy additional access to discounts and the latest deals, all of which can be viewed when logged in.
Worktops, appliances, sinks and taps will follow as part of the second phase of the website's development.
"It is not always convenient to head into branch every time you need to place an order, especially if it falls in the middle of another job," says Matt Aitken, trading and promotions manager at Benchmarx Kitchens.
"Being able to order and pay online gives our customers the ability to place an order at a time that suits them - be that in the middle of a job or the during the night.
